I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at Hilton Mississauga/Meadowvale, which I booked through your platform. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing and had a direct impact on my family’s health.
During our stay, I noticed an issue immediately after turning on the heating system. The air quality in the room was poor, and by the time we checked out, my wife, our 7-month-old child, and I were all experiencing sore throats and other symptoms of discomfort. This has been particularly challenging for our baby, who, at such a young age, struggles to cope with sickness and the associated discomfort.
In addition to the health concerns, the room itself was not in good condition, and the bathroom fan was not working, making the overall stay even less comfortable.
As a loyal Expedia user, I was expecting a much higher standard of accommodation and safety for my family. I believe feedback like this can help improve the experience for future guests. Given the circumstances, I kindly request a refund for my stay, as the conditions did not align with expectations and directly affected our well-being.
