Upon arriving there was no parking and no direction where to go. We had to park at a grocery store. The staff told us to park down the street in a parking garage where we had to haul all of our luggage from the garage back to the hotel without assistance or without a luggage cart. We only booked this hotel because it had parking but there was no mention of it being off site. We were told the next day that it was actually paid parking too.
The room itself was super noisy. We could hear traffic, sirens, street cars etc and the loud people in the hallway. We could hear every door slam and every early morning argument. The room was small with limited space for your belongings especially coats. Only a small pipe hanging from the ceiling to hang coats. There was a sink in the bedroom and not in the bathroom. Very inconvenient when one person stays up late etc. The paint is peeling off the bathroom door and wall.
The building itself doesnt have wheelchair access or a wheelchair button to open exterior doors making it hard to get in and out of the building with luggage. They allow smoking directly in front of the doors which is super gross. Its 2026!
For the price we paid we expected more.
