I checked into the hotel on October 22 after a long transatlantic flight. Doorman was very helpful, welcoming and the nice gentleman at the front office was equally friendly, professional and check in only took a few minutes.
The room, pleasant and quietly located was on the twelfth floor and on top of that I got an upgrade and was lucky enough to stay in a corner suite which was as big as my apartment. Bedroom, living room, a large bathroom and a small guest bathroom. Everything modern, but very cosy & inviting. The equipment in the rooms left absolutely nothing to be desired; Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, minibar with a large selection and a steamer, hairdryer and everything else one would need in the bathroom.
The bedroom, like the living room, had a large TV.
The bed was large and comfortable.
It was particularly practical that each hotel room had its own iPad; you could contact housekeeping or front office at any time if you wanted. In room dining could also be ordered via the iPad. Around the clock: I returned late from a meeting and ordered a small dinner at night - chicken, vegetables, Caesar salad - delicious - and ordered breakfast in my room for the morning. It arrived on time.
The bar and lobby were luxurious, at the same time inviting.
To make a long story short, I can really recommend the Four Seasons to anyone who likes to stay in pleasant hotels and also enjoys the service there, such as Dinner & drinks. It was one of the nicest hotels I´ve been to
