「Llegamos a las 21 de la tarde por un problema en carretera y con una niña de 10 meses, y el hotel estaba cerrado. Llamamos al número y a otro que dejaron en la puerta del hotel y 30 minutos hasta que nos lo cogieron. El hotel estaba cerrado por un problema técnico y nadie de Expedia ni del hotel se habiapuesto en contacto con nosotros para decirnos que estabamos reunicados en otro hotel de la cadena a 12 kilometros.
