At the 1st day, my wife just want to wash her hands using the sink in my hotel room, she turned the spout from the bath side to the sink side, and then it fell in the sink, so I went to the front desk to ask them to fix it, but the staff gave a spanner to me and told me to fix it by myself, I felt so unbelievable and ridiculous that a hotel guest should fix the hotel facilities by myself and the staff said that he was not the maintenance staff and said ‘you broke the things you fix it’ . I felt so angry and the staff just said you can complain me to the headquarter. After a few sessions of argument, they finally said that they will arrange to fix it by tomorrow afternoon!
We had book this hotel for six nights, it is just the first night we stay here, and we can’t believe that it is a standard for a hotel in Japan. it is the worst experience in a hotel for us around the world.
Very close to subway, only 2 min walk.can take metro direct to Narita Airport

Horrible stay
As soon as we entered the room, we were hit by a strong cigarette odor. It was clear that someone had been smoking in there, despite my booking a non-smoking room. I immediately went to the front desk to address the issue. The clerk was extremely impolite, insisting they were fully booked and there was nothing he could do. I checked APA's website myself and saw that rooms were still available for that night. He dismissed this as a website error and refused to help any further. When I asked for an air freshener, he wouldn't even acknowledge me. His attitude was incredibly rude and very impolite
We had no choice but to cancel our reservation and find another place to stay at 10 p.m. that night. One of the staff members came up with us to inspect the room. She could smell the strong odor even before entering. After she informed her colleagues, they finally expressed some regret. However, the overall experience was terrible—the staff were generally rude and unwilling to assist
