“My wife and I spent the weekend here and absolutely enjoyed our stay. The cottage has a very comfortable feel with rustic wood finishes throughout which contributes to its coziness. The place is equipped with anything you would need for your stay. For us, it is always a plus to get to meet a welcoming host and Renee didn’t disappoint. She is a wonderful, kind, down-to-earth person who takes great pride in her place and she makes sure you have everything you need without being intrusive. Her……

There are so many more amenities than were listed, like heated bathroom floors, multiple hooks in every room (which was very helpful after a day of snowboarding), reclining leather sofas, etc. It is just so charming and inviting, we wanted to move in!”

“Our stay at the 3-story Cool Cottage was absolutely perfect! The cabin is spacious, with plenty of rooms to comfortably accommodate our group, and every corner is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and enjoyment.One of our favorite moments was having coffee on the deck each morning, taking in the breathtaking mountain views. “Property was great, hot tub, fire pit. Loved Blowing Rock, Boone, the Biltmore and Grandather Mountain.The communication with the rental company during and after the Hurricane was awesome. They answered every question and checked the property and were very responsive.”

“This property is nice and clean, wish I could have had access to a broom for sweeping as we brought leaves into the house on our shoes. Cold in home upon arrival. No heaters on. Nice area, close to stores. ”

“My wife and I had a great stay at The Post House, easy access to Main Street where most all the shops and restaurants are located, just one block away. There were a couple of small things that would have made our stay even better. Better lighting in the kitchen and room darkening shades for the bedroom windows, but very minor issues our stay was great and we have already booked for the fall next year.”

“We arrived at night and were not able to see the creek until we woke up the next morning. It's so close to the house and you can hear it with the kitchen window open. When we arrived, cookies and snacks were waiting for us and treats for the dog! The heat was on when we got there, which is a really nice touch as well. We are hot natured anyway, but it was so much nicer to come into a warm place than to walk into a cold place. We weren't really going to use the kitchen, so I didn't really care……
