“I had a fantastic experience renting from JP. He was incredibly helpful and flexible, making sure that everything was just right for our stay. The house itself was exactly what we were hoping for. We were able to easily dock our jet skis and pontoon boat in the deep water dock, and the view from the house was absolutely stunning. The interior was immaculate and cozy, with a well-equipped kitchen and private bathrooms for each bedroom. Additionally, having a small boat ramp nearby saved us a lot……

“The location of the property was great as it was just a short walk to the marina. The porch was a wonderful retreat, too. We however, felt the property needed a good sweeping and mop job. After our 7 month old baby dropped something on the floor and it rolled under the couch, we found trash, cups, wrappers, and dust bunnies galore. We didn't realize that the floors were so dirty until we gave our 2 year old a bath, then put her in footed pj's.....Her feet were filthy. The cold air return in……

“Overall good. Major problem with heating. Thermostats difficult to regulate.Some areas very cold others too hot. Property manager responded quickly. Tried to adjust room vents. This didn’t improve the temperature control much.”
