"Great staff and love that they had a happy hour. Patricia was so nice and took great care of everyone. Even set up an area for our family to eat pizza. Pool was less than great. Water was so cloudy, you couldn’t see one foot below the surface. Tons of kids with lots of inflatables. One group had no parents with them. Very loud. Kids were running around and one fell on the slippery deck. Staff was very good and came after being made aware of what was going on. Would definitely come back for the staff and the rooms. The pool definitely needs more attention. Can’t rate breakfast. It was very crowded and we couldn’t get near the food. "

"I felt very safe. Although I personally didn’t think it was in a bad area, they had security guards in the parking lots. Extra security measure where you had to have your room card to get the elevator up to your floor which I thought was nice. Room was nice, very clean and quiet. I’d stay there again. "
