“Great little place, only bad was TV did not work properly and kept turning itself on for no reason. It was late season and not much soap in shower (not a big deal) other than that, super clean, nice fire pits and PLENTY of chairs. Cabin itself was VERY clean, It was a great after concert sleep. ”

“The cabin was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The waterfall and nature surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Had a small issue when we arrived with the heater. However, after a quick text with Vinnie, he was there in a few minutes and had us back in good shape. The internet and cell coverage is pretty limited, but at a place like that, who needs internet. We just had a tough time getting a hold of the kids to check in back home. Highly recommend and Vinnie is super responsive. ”

“We had a lovely time at this property. Very cute cabin feel, perfect for the fall. We were in town for a wedding at Pats Peak and were able to walk to the venue. “We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's located amongst other beautiful homes and has fantastic views. The home was warm and welcoming. We were able to walk around the neighborhood and relax. “Loved the area we stayed at. Cabin was clean. Wifi included. Nice shower located by cabins. Coffee bar was nice to have. Mattresses could use an upgrade for sleeping a couple nites. Sitting area with fire pit great to hang out . Will have to come back next year!”

“This was a brief getaway, so the little cabin met our needs perfectly. Best parts: the bed was really comfy, the location was great, cabin was appointed well enough for a short stay (we didn’t eat in so can’t comment on the kitchen amenities). The not-so-great: WI-FI was inconsistent. Our devices couldn’t maintain the connection and the shower is made for small people. “We thoroughly enjoyed our recent stay at this beautifully restored 257 year old farmhouse. The location was peaceful and private — truly an unexpected gem within minutes of the center of New Hampshire’s capital city. During our stay we experienced two snowstorms and we were grateful for our host’s balance of respecting our privacy while also ensuring us safe access in and out of the snowy property.
