“Hotel sem luxo mas confortável. Além da suíte tem uma sala e uma pequena cozinha. Ó regime durante a temporada de esqui é o de meia pensão. E ele fica praticamente dentro do funicamp q leva até o alto da montanha. Muito cômodo para quem vai esquiar. Sentimos falta de uma sala de fitness. A comida é boa, servida à la carte, com três opções de entrada, prato principal, e sobremesa. Todos os dias as opções mudam.”

“Very poor check in experience, no indications to get the keys, which we had to collect from a different place (nothing to do with the name of the place on our booking), before going to another place again to find the appartement, by ourselves. 40min altogether walking around the city with kids ”

“The hotel is in an excellent location, with a short walk to the bottom of Pas De La Casa ski resort. The double room was spacious and clean. A good variety of hot and cold food for breakfast that also includes an omelette bar! The bar staff a very friendly and welcoming. The bar area includes some classic board games, a pool table, table football and a cinema area. With a good selection of drinks, it is a fun social space for a ski. The spa area has a spacious sauna, steam room and 2 hot tubs.……

“Muy buenas hemos estado muy agusto y muy bien servidos con unas instalaciones fantásticas en cuanto a las camas y la habitación, solo que la última mañana cuando nos íbamos a las cinco de la mañana nos quitaron la escobilla y el brazo del coche que nos dimos cuenta cuando íbamos por valencia.”

“Primera vez que puntuo tan mal un alojamiento, pero la verdad lo merece. A veces vale más la pena pagar un poco más con tal de no encontrar un sitio asi. Las llaves se recojen en otra direccion, vas y no es ahi, andorra, no internet.. buscate la vida y ves a la otra que indican en un papel en la direccion antigua, parecia un escape room. Wifi de pago cada dia, check in a las 17 p.m. Un solo rollo de papel de vater para 4 personas y poco champú. Tasas turisticas brutales y camas incómodas.……

“No check, at the property. We rang both numbers for the property to check-in with no answer. Lucky enough we read another review saying where to check-in , 10 uphill away. Only gave 1 key for 5 guests. Very noisy at night. Lift area had vomit on the floor 3 days. No duvets, just dirty old rugs. ”
