“Property was very clean and cozy with access to nearby shopping and attractions. Kitchen was well stocked. Property shares a wall with another structure, but we never heard any other people and it still felt very private. Floors are extremely squeaky, so if you or your partner don't wake up at the same time, it could be problematic. Ruby falls and the incline lift are nearby, as well as raccoon mountain cave, all within a 7 minute drive. TV was small, but we didn't mind. Overall experience was……

“My daughter and I were in town for her birthday and to visit UTC. We enjoyed the sights - Aquarium, Rock City, UTC, Naughty Cat Cafe. The room was quaint, clean, and cool. The front desk was super friendly and efficient. We ended napping in the afternoon, but did not actually stay the night due to my daughter feeling ill and wanting to go home. Recommend if you're on a budget.”

“We came down from Va for our son’s graduation from SLTC and don’t care for hotel stays..want more room to move around. This cabin was amazing, beautiful location on the lake and less than 15 minutes from the main campus. The cabin had everything we needed for our stay and the property manager was great to communicate any questions or concerns. The location was too far from Trenton or Chattanooga which made things very accessible. Would highly recommend this cabin for a stay.”

“The yurt is absolutely awesome! It was clean, super adorable, and in a great location. You’re close to Chattanooga and other surrounding areas while still feeling like you’re on top of a mountain. You do have neighbors but you’re not on top of anyone. There is a fire pit (and wood supplied!) and a hot tub which we thoroughly enjoyed. Views are great from just about every spot on the property. There is a nice indoor pool that is heated as well. The yurt itself was super cozy, nice kitchen and……

“We’ve stayed in this cabin 4 times. It is the perfect size for 2 people (and possibly 1 child if able to climb a ladder and sleep in a loft). This is a small, rustic cabin with a spiral staircase. Gorgeous view from the balcony/deck or hot tub. Very peaceful and quiet on top of Suck Creek Mountain. Great place to unwind and just enjoy nature. One tip- the queen mattress is very, very firm. We don’t venture out much, but its about 8 miles to “River Drifters” which is a good place to eat.……
