“The Lodge is located in a stunning area overlooking the lake. Only 2 negative mentions from this guest. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained. It was just very small. Had to go into the bathroom and stand by the side of the toilet to close the door. The only other thing I would mention (and this was my mistake) was that as a traveler I am used to the free breakfast. There is a charge for breakfast which I inadvertently assumed was free. We chose not to partake but I will tell you it……
“This one checked all the boxes. The location was great. The cabin was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated in Adirondack style. There were many activities available on the grounds at no extra charge. They even had the fireplace in front of our cabin stacked and ready to light. ”
“The stay, for the most part was comfortable. As previously mentioned, we could have used a second chair. Housekeeping did not leave any coffee for the second day and the coffee cups were not cleaned. I know budgets are tight but it would have nice to have had plastic cups, tissues and paper towels incase of spills”
“We had a wonderful stay. The property was just as advertised and the hosts provided clear instructions and directions about getting there, where to park, accessing the camp site, etc. We stayed on the overlook site, which had a raised wood platform for the tent and was warmer at night for camping in cold temperatures. Was fun to explore the swimming hole and nearby trails.”

“well, we thought it was going to be glamping. It was worse than camping. It stunk it was dirty. The sheets were never changed. There was dirty dishes. The yard wasn’t mowed. It was just terrible. I would never do this again or recommend anyone to do it.”
“This was a wonderful site that I would love to visit again. The river flowing by was so beautiful. I would like to stay again when we don’t have so much rain. The river was too raging for any swimming. The only downside was there was a bit of a steep walk down to the site from the parking area, but you do have to go downhill to be near a river.”

“We are long-time summer residents who needed alternative housing. We are so glad that we were able to rent this home. You walk in the door, and just wow. The view is 180 degrees of mountains, lake, and clouds. You can just enjoy the view all day. Everything was well stocked and comfortable. Beds were great. The dining room-kitchen area made for easy cooking and dining. Wonderful deck for watching sunsets. This is a perfect place for family time, and everyone had plenty of privacy. It's a retreat……
“Overall the online listing is a very accurate representation of the property. It has a very rustic cabin feel. The pond that you can visit is wonderful and well staffed and taken care of. My only complaint is there was no air conditioning in the apartment and it got very hot.”
