Lovely villa
We spent two weeks in Palm villa with our two children aged 14 and 20.It was Ideal for us as very spacious and the Bathroom's were great nice showers.The pool was lovely and warm and the view from the upstairs balcony was amazing.we would stay again we had a great holiday.

Summer Holiday
Myself, partner and son stayed at the Palm Villa and it was exactly as advertised. Spotlessly clean, excellent amenities and a good location for the main strip of bars/restaurants. Dean was a great host, on hand if we had any questions and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.

Summer Holidays
We had a fantastic holiday very hot at times but the pool was fantastic. The villa is very local only a 10 minute walk to the promenade. The villa was very comfortable and well kitted out quite and clean. Dean was very accommodating easy to get in touch with. Pool was kept clean and it was warm and villa was cleaned once a week to a high standard. Would highly recommend Palm Villa

Booked the Villa direct for our family of 5 which was very straightforward via email etc and from when we arrived to when we left we were very very pleased. The Villa has everything you need for a self catering holiday if anything they have pleasant little extras Like a washing machine, dishwasher, washing line, complimentary beach towels, full sky channels and a folder with helpful info. All in all a brilliant Villa for a family to spend a holiday with everything on the doorstep, not to mention the family sized pool which was checked on a regular basis by Dean and friendly cleaning staff. We would definitely recommend this villa and wouldn't hesitate to stay or book through owners direct again. 10/10

Home from home
A great villa in an ideal location to access the main strip of PDC, 3 good sized bedrooms, one double and 2 twins comfortable lounge area with TV and a great balcony with views of the sea, look in the drawers of the lounge area furniture as there were books, games, takeaway menus etc all there for you if you needed them, well equipped kitchen with a good sized fridge with freezer compartment, two bathrooms each with a good shower. Hyperdino, English supermarket and a Spar within a few minutes walk. The main strip is about 10 minutes stroll with 2 different streets you can use both of which bring you out about central on the strip (Route 66 area if you know the resort) although as with most accommodation in PDC you have to walk uphill to get back to the villa but its not too steep. Very clean and tidy with a good sized pool. Host was great, popped in a couple of times to see to the pool and was very helpful assisting us get a taxi to get the the airport. Plenty of towels plus a washing machine an iron etc so we easily looked after ourselves but he was available by messenger if we had needed him. Easy to get into initially with very clear instructions for the keys / alarm etc and just as simple to secure when you leave. Wouldn't hesitate to go back and more than likely will. A very nice base for your holiday

Location and villa was perfect. Location was just a short 5 min walk to the main strip. Villa what can i say but perfect, everything as described, home from home, everything's there even down to beach towels and fans. Communications from start to finish fast responding to any questions. Would i stay here again..... absolutely.

Villa is excellent, perfectly situated for a 5minnwalk down to the strip or a little longer (but still not far) down into the old town... Has everything you need home comforts wise and the pool area is more than adequate for 4-6 people .. T.v package and Internet are about the best I've seen on lanzarote as was the fantastic water pressure !!! Villa manager was extremely helpful when required but in all honesty there were no issues to report with the villa itself, which is rare in these cases ... An excellent stay in a fantastic location 👏

Absolutely spot on. Everything listed about the villa is exactly as is and better. Quiet location, 6 mins walk from main Puerto Del Carmen front & beach. Everything you need is provided. Only issue we had was the Mattress and that was just a passing comment when Dean came to check the pool. He sorted it straight away with a new replacement mattress!! Service doesn't get any better. Will definitely go back.

Carmen Villa
Lovely villa, very clean, excellent bathrooms, nice feel. Well appointed and decorated, a little sterile perhaps in places but it is a holiday place with high throughput so with it's nice pics on wall and all furnishings new it felt homely. The balcony and view were excellent, a lovely way to spend breakfast or an evening. The pool also was a great boon and the kids loved playing in that. We loved the fact that the living quarters were upstairs and the view from there was just brilliant. On the downside the dishwasher didn't work and whilst the kitchen is newly done, it had limited stock of cooking equipment, small pans etc., so home catering wasn't really possible for family of 5. Also I was told by the manager that the traditional wooden balcony would be replaced by glass, so if you want traditional Canarian features they may not last. Overall the location, view, pool and balcony made this a wonderful stay.

Perfect family villa
We were a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) with grandparents as well and had a fantastic 7 day stay in this villa. It was ideally situated a few hundred meters back from the beachfront which meant everything was close by yet the street was quiet. The nearest supermarket is less than 3 minutes walk away with bigger ones and more choice only a little further. It’s close to the airport, a car isn’t required. The villa was very well presented and equipped, there was nothing we didn’t have all week. Dean was very attentive, helpful and responded to queries very promptly. Overall, well recommended, clean and well equipped.

Excellent Villa
This is the third time we have stayed in Palm Villa. Set in a nice quiet area and only a short walk to the front. The upstairs balcony is so relaxing for eating and drinking. Pool is just the right size and depth and still very warm in september. Everything you need for a perfect stay. The recent refurb has made such a difference. Even more comfortable now. Lovely Villa
After a weeks stay at the Villa, we found it to be really clean and in a great location for the beach, restaurants/bars and town centre. The villa had a good size pool and everything we needed for our holiday. We would definitely recommend Palm villa and would consider booking again.

Great location
The villa was nice and clean and in a great location for town bars and restaurant and all shops The upside down living arrangement didn’t really gel for us and the lower levels are a little dark and dingy.The beds were very uncomfortable to our taste but may suit others The Lower levels could do with an update felt very rather dated. The water pump can be annoying as it kicks in every time you turn a tap on could do with a sound insulated box or something . The 2 updated shower rooms are fantastic and modern and up to date The pool was a nice addition and clean and perfect depth for adult and accomplished swimmers but would require a watchful eye if young non swimmers are guests and the BBQ needed a bit of a clean but perfect for the job but 2 toilet rolls for the week seamed a bit light and no welcome pack of the basics was a little mean in today’s market The kitchen cutlery was reasonably stocked but the 3 knives we woefully blunt and no scissors or lemon squeezer the 2 slot toaster is little under whelmed for a 3 bed villa but a great stock of glasses and cups etc and the dishwasher works perfectly even a stock of tablets left by previous guest was a nice result The WiFi works perfectly all over the villa with the exception of 1 downstairs bedroom which wasn’t an issue for us The TV package on offer is by far the best I’ve ever encountered abroad so big thumbs up on that one We only had one issue with the equipment which was promptly corrected by Dean who was very helpful and approachable I would recommend the villa if on a budget as the price represents great value for money and it’s location

Great Villa
A really lovely property within a great location. Close to the promenade and beach where there is a great variety of restaurants and bars. Lovely outdoor space where you can catch the sun all day. Pool a good size. Would most certainly book again when returning to Lanzarote.

Superb villa
We stayed in this villa at the beginning of December and it was absolutely spotless clean on arrival and the villa has jus recently had an update with 2 new bathrooms and kitchen. The pool area was very large and good for families with the heated pool,sun beds and a large a BBQ It is only a short walk to the main seafront where you can find all types of restaurants. We would highly recommended this villa for all families and couples and we will be returning in the near future

Good sized Villa in Great Location
Overall impression was a clean functional villa with plenty of space for the 4 of us. The Beach towels provided were a bonus and saved weight in cases. The deep pool was warm and surrounding patio was private. A vast array of TV channels were available rather than the usual handful and meant I could watch my usual sports in the evenings. The reason that I scored 4 stars and not the full 5 was due to the noise from the pool heat/pump system in the morning from 06:45 and the pumped water system whenever you use a tap or toilet in the night. However, I appreciate that not much can be done about this and on most days it was a useful alarm clock to get me out on my bike. Great location near the main strip with bars and restaurants. Would be ideal for anyone doing Ironman in May, simply fall out of bed and straight into the swim! I would definitely use this villa again.

Quiet, private, clean - perfect
Just returned from a fabulous week at Palm villa. Home from home with the added bonus of a private heated swimming pool and a secluded garden space. 5 minutes walk from the laid back shops and restaurants of the seafront. Definitely intend to book up again for next year.
