“I was upgraded as they overbooked. First upgrade they offered did not have lakeview which I specifically booked but the room manager did a great job and got us a spot with some lakeview. Moved up from King suite to 2 bed 2 bath suite. It was more than Expedia pricing by $125 but then they waived daily parking fee of $40 per day so all good. We were very happy with service, included breakfast and all amenities. Super location. ”

“My recent stay at Ramada Kamloops exceeded all my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and their attention to detail was outstanding. The room was not only stylish but also equipped with everything I could possibly need. I loved the breakfast buffet, which had so many delicious options. The hotel's location made it easy to explore the city. I couldn't have asked for a better experience—definitely worth every penny!”

“Enjoyed stay. Clean and well appointed. Donna was a very good communicator. Location is excellent.”

“隔音很差，旁边房间说什么话听的一清二楚。半夜三点四十五，酒店服务员关门开门的声音一直持续了二十分钟。早上七点开始，就有陆陆续续开关门的声音，住了两天，每天都被吵醒。酒店里几乎什么都没有，桌子是坏的。唯一庆幸的是前台接待员服务很好。”

“Nice, clean, quiet motel with options around for food and drinks. I stayed downtown last month… never again. I would rather stay beside the highways which was actually quiet and didn’t hear the traffic with the a/c on. I’ll be back. The place is slightly outdated but it’s like staying at your grandmas for the weekend. You’ll survive and not have to worry about bringing bed bugs home. ”
