“Fantastic location behind Harvest Market (our fave cafe in town) and a super short drive to the IL stadiums. The house was clean, beds and pillows were comfy, bathrooms and shower pressure were great, the open floor plan was perfect for hanging out as a group. Took a while to cool down the upstairs (3 twins) but it did cool down. Note there is no bathroom upstairs - you have to walk down, cross living room, then the hallway bath. If you plan to cook (the kitchen has great appliances, huge sink……

“This is a very cute, little place and seriously for the price it is amazing. It was perfect for what we needed. A place to sleep while we visited my daughter at the University. Is it luxury? No but it was clean, cute and a BARGAIN! You cannot beat it. There are other places out there that are gross and sooooo much more expensive. I would do it again in a heartbeat!”

“Great location for attending the Illinois Marathon. The property had plenty of space, clean, safe neighborhood, nice wrap around deck and stylish decor. The owner was easy to communicate with and provided easy instructions for check in and check out. My family and friends really enjoyed our stay!”

“The cottage was well appointed and more economical than a regular hotel. The only negative was the temperature. Both bedroom(s) were too warm for sleeping comfortably. We were asked to keep the A/C setting where it was.”
