“The hotel is adequately staffed and staff were very helpful; friendly. There is electricity 24/7! The security is very good. There are needs for microwave oven, and also pressing iron, even in the regular rooms! My room was on the side where the swimming pool is located and it was always noisy. Nothing to do about it; but new guests could ask not to be located on that side. The elevator did not work most of the time. ***On the whole, I will still lodge there any day!”

“It is located in good area and very clean. Good staff. The hot water for showers is not hot at all. Breakfast is good. The table lamps are not working. No hand towel. No soap for washing hands. The kitchen food is very tasty. The driking water is expensive. You have to pay to iron your clothes. Ironic board without iron.”

“The Hotel is busy. The location is near to most places and is safe and secured. Check in was good but the room did not have fresh linen as it was not replaced. The door needs fixing and the lights had to be replaced. The air conditioning was not cooling. Apart from one or two members of staff and the manager who appeared helpful at breakfast the rest of the staff appeared bored and non challant. At checkout the reception was horrible as those on duty where hostile and not professional. The……
