“Great welcome. Manager/owner he was at the entrance to welcome us in as we got out the car and offered to carry bags which was lovely. Asked if we needed breakfast but we didnt as heading off early. Quirky rooms but all well decorated and tea/coffee, ironing board. Had air con and fan as a top floor hot room so good was there already. Only a one night stop over but would definitely recommend/ return in the future.”

“Beautiful building and a lovely patio with tables and chairs and beautiful gardens with easy access to the footpath by the canal. There is a nice sitting room with a bar by the entrance. My room was quiet and clean, the bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for a bath. The only things that weren’t so great: my room was quite dark and the wifi didn’t work at all throughout my stay.”
