"Overall the stay was a very pleasant experience, the staff were warm and professional, a big factor on making this resort very endearing . This boils down to expectations . The room was wonderful but seems lacking in some basic items like slippers or lotion , staff were doing the daily upkept of the pools but failed to notice the loose floorboard or a used diaper lodged on the faux stone wall. "My son and I were visiting my fiancee, who works at Sonion in this business park, and obtained 2 rooms last minute as her car broke down and commuting daily from the AirBnB we rented would have been problematic. "Had a wonderful stay at Summit Ridge! The staff were amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Check-in was smooth, and the front office team greeted us with genuine smiles. They provided helpful information about the hotel’s facilities and amenities. Since it was Holy Week, they also gave us recommendations on churches to visit around Tagaytay, which we really appreciated. The room was beautiful, and the view of Taal was the best I’ve ever seen—absolutely breathtaking! Check-out was quick and seamless. We will definitely be coming back!"

"I’ve stayed in many places around the world the space is perfect, it is very spacious and accommodating. My room was excellent for relaxation, especially being use to climate back home. Having the air con made it very comfortable. I was only there for one night and had an early check out but I could see that staying for a longer duration would be very easy to do. The price is very fair and I would highly recommend if anyone is staying for business or pleasure the Wind is an excellent choice. The price is very fair for anyone wanting to spend quality time in Tagaytay. I was one the 3rd floor and my view was very good I didn’t get a chance to check the view from a top floor window but I can tell it probably very beautiful. Most of all the incredibly pleasant staff. They are very genuine and eager to help, I felt very safe staying at the Wind."
