“A very nice 4* hotel; I’m aware that hotels are designated their stars on the basis of facilities. This hotel is advertised as 5* but in my opinion it is much more inline with what’s expected of 4*. Positives - staff are very friendly, the ocean view from the room was magnificent. Negatives - the coffee at breakfast is truly disgusting, the beds are very hard, the hotel has a very 80’s vibe and decor - think dark wood laminate, foamy ceiling tiles, one buffet restaurant (no ala carte), dismal……

Déçue de la piscine couverte non ouverte, le club enfant pas disponible et SURTOUT il était ecrit " baby sitter disponible" sur le site expédia et cela est complément faux !! Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour ce service et il n'existe pas !! Extrêmement déçue par cette fausse information qui nous a coûté 2 places de funiculaire que l'on a……

“The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The……
