“The Novel House was very convenient to Zion NP and all the restaurants in Springdale. The staff were very friendly and helpful with questions about the park and the town of Springdale. “We had the hiker's room, and it was by far the smallest room I've ever been in (maybe 8x10 not including the bathroom). We had two twin beds with a dresser in between. There was about a foot and a half at the foot of the bed to the wall. We would have had more room without the dresser. Bathroom was also small. Walking around the property, it was pretty and well kept. Looked like all the units were small. Conveniently located. Easy walk to find food and close to park entrance.”

“The stay at Under Canvas Zion was very disappointing, especially considering the high price (around $500 per night).
When we arrived, there was already a visible tear in the tent wall. For a property marketed as a premium glamping experience, this is unacceptable. The interior also felt dusty and not properly cleaned or maintained.
Another major issue was the noise. Although the property states that quiet hours begin at 10 PM, there were multiple vehicles driving through the camp between 11 PM……
