"Loved this house and the great communication from the owner, transfer company, house manager, housekeeper, groundskeeper, night guard, excursion company and golf cart supplier! I'm in the travel business and having everything we needed just a What's App text away was great. The house is lovely. We ordered groceries for the week and they were waiting for us when we arrived. The first night we had a chef prepare our dinner and what a treat that was after a red eye flight. You can walk to several restaurants or if you've rented a golf cart or two drive those. No need to rent a car. The recommended excursion company offers transfers to and from the airport and to all the excursions. The black sand volcano sand beach was great. The kids loved being in the ocean every day. And we adults loved the huge pool. You'll love the huge kitchen and outdoor space. "

"We recently returned from a fantastic spring break in Potrero. We had 4 families (14 people - 8 adults and 6 school-aged children) and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is well-equipped. Everything you would need to prepare meals (but why bother when you can have Dana? - see my note below), towels for the pool and beach, plus beach chairs.The location right on the beach was perfect. We were just a short golf cart ride from the house to "downtown" Potrero with plenty of restaurants and shops. The concierge, Jimmy, was so helpful in planning ahead of our arrival (airport transpo and groceries) and responsive in coordinating activities while we were there. We had the cook, Dana, prepare breakfast each morning and three dinners - very affordable and so convenient! She was an absolute delight. Daily housekeeping was also a plus!Jimmy coordinated surfing in Tamarindo (so fun! Highly recommend Yuri and her group), a waterfall hike at La Leona (incredible, but I wouldn't take anyone younger than 7), and a sunset cruise (we saw dolphins, sea turtles and more!). Our driver, Eduardo (also coordinated by Jimmy), was fantastic. This was our first trip to Costa Rica, but it will not be our last and we would happily return to Casa Natalia!"

"We are Family friends that took our kids on a senior spring break trip. Just a small group of 11. Jimmy was amazing and booked EVERYTHING for us. From transportation to/from the airport to all the best excursions to just traveling to the town next door. The house was such a great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. A couple great bakeries too! We would love to come back to this property or even try the sister property down the beach. Absolutely amazing trip! "

"First time to Costa Rica! Our VRBO was awesome! Yard and pool very well kept! Safety never a worry! Kitchen had everything we need with full size fridge which came in handy when we needed to freeze our fish to take home! Space was small, but we spent most of our time there either on the patio , by the pool or walking on the beach! The manager was very helpful. Great place to stay!"

"Very pleased with property. We had stayed there in 2019 also. A couple disappointments, only four lounge chairs around pool. Pictures show 5. Two of them were pretty worn. We had 11 adults so four lounge chairs did not work well. Although the property had added beach chairs since our last visit so we used those around pool.Rita the chef was really special!!! Her good was outstanding! Also the landscaping was tired and not well kept. "
