Small, but excellent location and clean. Easy parking. Nice staff. It is basically a small room with a decent sized bathroom, little kitchenette. Walls a little thin.

This room was exactly what we needed. We would hike all day and come back to the room to crash and start the routine over the next day. Bathrooms were very nice and spacious.

Nice quiet spot near river & gondola
No frills but exactly what you need to spend most of your time outside, which is why you’re in Telluride presumably! Right along the San Miguel a gorgeous stroll to the gondola, into town, or to the festival grounds (I was there for the Bluegrass Festival).

Very small room but we knew that going in, very convenient to the Coonskin lift.
Very small room but clean and affordable, across the parking lot from the Coonskin lift so convenience was king.
