Our dramatic 2.7 acre mountain lot and cabin is ready for adventurous Colorado vacationers. We purchased this property, adjacent to ours, so we could renovate the old cabin and turn it into the perfect vacation home so others can experience this amazing corner of Colorado.
This property offers everything travelers come to Colorado to enjoy; amazing views of the Cimarron and Sneffles ranges, a beautiful (seasonal) mountain stream, lush aspen and ponderosa trees, meadows and end of the road seclusion.
This home offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, separate den/sitting area that opens to a deck, a living room, kitchen and dining room that walks out to another deck. Truly amazing views from every room.
*Getting Here* if youre flying, Montrose airport is only 1 hr away, Grand Junction is 2 hrs and Denver is 6.5 -7 hrs. Need a car? We offer for rent a beatiful loaded 4 dr. Jeep Rubicon with a power "One Touch" convertable top. A great way to tour this amazing area.

Breathtaking
The pictures do not do justice to this cabin! If you're thinking about this cabin, just do it! You will not be disappointed. Rick, the owner, was awesome! He gave us suggestions on where to eat as well as general info on the area!One word of advise if you go during the winter months, make sure you have a 4x4 vehicle.

Christmas in colorado
This was our second stay at this house and Rick added some nice upgrades to the house with the outdoor sauna, wood deck and the fire pit. Again Rick was an awesome host and is very easy to get ahold of. On Christmas after a heavy snowfall we couldn’t get out of the drive way because of the snow and ice and Rick came over plowed the driveway and let us park in an easier area. We had a great time once again and will definitely be back!

Perfect honeymoon retreat!
I can't begin to explain the beauty of this place! A foot of snow fell during our stay and it was like a winter wonderland! The cabin had everything we needed, the bed was so comfortable and the hot tub made me never want to leave!! I wish I could live here!! ☮️❤️🏞

The property was amazing, and views were great. The sauna and hot tub were perfect. The new sauna was a great addition. It was a great place to relax after a day exploring. The cabin had everything you could need and more. Rick the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. This was the best Vacation rental property we have stayed at by a good margin. Great views,! The cabin was clean, well equipped with anything we would need, and decorated well. It was a great escape to the mountains. The owners were very friendly and responsive to our questions. We were lucky to see the mountains tops get covered with snow. Close to Telluride, Ouray and plenty hiking opportunities. I would stay here again!

Mountain Peace & Tranquility

The Jewel of Colorado
This place has the most stunning views! It was clean and done in good taste. The beds were the highlight as they were very comfortable. But what topped off everything were unobstructed views and privacy. No house anywhere near it other than the owners home. It is in the heart of those San Juan Mountains, the jewel of Colorado in my opinion. We will be back!

You can't beat this view!
This cabin was secluded, private, peaceful, and had the best view of the Sneffles mountain range. We loved relaxing on the deck, listening to and watching the birds and other critters. The cabin was clean and stocked with everything you would need; it made cooking your own meals easy. If you are looking for a private cabin where you can relax, this is it!
