“The property needs updating as we had been in Jan 2024 it remains the same- on the last day the toilet kept blocking plus the smell in the room was not very nice. We had a partial river view room which was really lovely. So there are positives and negatives despite this l really like the hotel. I especially like the resident pundit who does amazing pooja in the morning and evening which is beautiful. The staff are very nice 😊”

“My stay at Lemon Tree was truly wonderful. I was warmly welcomed with a delightful smile, and the kids had an absolute blast. The housekeeping team, including Deepak, Sachin, Suraj, Arjun, Harsh, and Gaurav, took exceptional care of us. The café on the top level offered breathtaking views and a caring staff—Arjun, Harish, Rakhi, Divyanshu, Pakizee, Aasma—and especially Himanshu ensured that the kids were having a great time. “Very nice hotel in a nice location. Stayed for 5 days. Enjoyed our stay. Room was nice , very comfy bed. The bed helped us sleep better after tiring days. Very clean bathroom. House keeping did an amazing job keeping room very clean and welcoming. Views from our room were very beautiful. Front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant is superb. Breakfasts were simply delicious. The chefs Rana jee and nail were very professional, greeting us personally and making local specialties……

“Overall good stay. Fabulous room with view, nice staff, excellent dining! On the downside, road leading to hotel is narrow and dirty! Power keeps going off and on every five minutes. If you are stuck in the lift in that time, you will have rough time. Same goes for water; two days in a row we didn’t have water in the morning! On a rainy day, there was water logging on the stairs. Not acceptable, considering the money you are charging! Remote mountain areas, yes, but for that kind of pricing I do……

“Wonderful place to stay. The staff is so nice, they are all very welcoming and ready to give a good service without hesitation. I think the hotel picked the staff really well and it is their biggest asset. Rooms are quite big and with air conditioning. The hotel is beautifuly decorated, and has direct access to Ganga river and a beautiful view. Breakfast is healthy and delicious, dinner was also very nice. I have already booked my next stay.”
