“住四晚都沒有人清潔房間，check in 時告知不是每日清潔，我們住4天，可以幫我們安排 middle of day 一天清潔, 但結果一天都沒有清潔， 查問receiption，她們返說因為我們沒有通知她們清潔，所以她們沒有安排，因為她們是外判找人回來清潔。”

“The cottage is perfectly located in from of the lake, from the room balcony, I can easily see the wild animals around. Room is perfectly furnished and clean. I wish I could have a chance to try the fine dining but it was fully occupied by Group tour. I would suggest the hotel reserve certain tables for other hotel guests. The only thing that I feel disappointed is about the check in experience at reception. It took more than 20 minutes to identify my booking while I am the only client to……

“我們共租3間房, 其中2間衛生間很臭, 好像是管道有問題, 另外自來水呈白色, 酒店亦通知不能飲用. 酒店本身比較舊, 住在樓上3樓, 樓梯很直, 上落有點困難. 最後1 間是因為朋友年老無法爬樓梯, upgrade了一間在樓下的大套房, 設備很完善, 而且是在樓下另一邊, 所以沒有另外2間的問題.”

“What a wonderful staying. After having a surgery at the hospital alone. I rang to Mantra hotel, Mr Greg,general manager,who was so generous that to come to the hospital to accompany me to the hotel. Try to let me sleep better,he was so sweetie that put a wooden board under the mattress. One more remarkable thing that he arranged me a higher floor with both city and harbor view of Hobart because he knew that I was kept in a windowless room. “Nice place, very well located near the harbor. The room was very large, but very dark. Walls and ceilings are dark green with minimal lighting. There was a large window that looked out on a very narrow space to the next building. No natural light came into the room. The hotel staff say they created a cozy environment. For me it was more like a hole with no light. ”
