Summary:
Welcome to our elegant coastal apartment, located right on McKay Bay! This light and airy home is filled with bright white walls, soft wood-toned furniture, and relaxing blue hues. Look right outside your window to find a gorgeous view of the bay, giving you all the vacation feels. It's the perfect escape.
The home is just minutes from Downtown Tampa, Ybor City, and Channelside. You will be a quick drive to anything in the city!

The Space:
Our goal when designing this space was to create a truly peaceful escape. Upon arrival, you should find yourself instantly relax as you enter. Our home is located right on the Bay so bring your fishing poles! Not the adventurous type? Read a book on the porch with the subtle scent of saltwater in the air for a more relaxing day.
Guest Access:
Guest will have access to plenty of street parking, the water/bay across the street if you’d like to sit out by the water or go fishing, and the entire apartment. The apartment is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom space with a full kitchen and air mattress.
The Neighborhood:
Palmetto beach is a hidden gem of Tampa. This small up-and-coming neighborhood boasts beautiful waterfront views of the bay. Enjoy picnics at the pier, strolls through Desoto park, or cool off at the community pool.
Situated just a few minutes from the historic streets of Ybor City, Downtown Tampa, SOHO, and the Seminole Heights foodie district. Palmetto Beach is also just a short drive away from the airport and Tampa Bay's world famous beaches.
Getting Around:
A car is strongly recommended in Tampa. However, Uber, Lyft, and city scooters are readily available to get around.
Other Things to Note:
This home sits just minutes to everything in and around Tampa. You’ll be less than 5 minutes drive to everything Downtown has to offer while being right on the water.

Cute and clean
Cute and clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. The house is exactly as described. The kitchen has everything you would need for a short stay. The house could use another mirror. The price was also really reasonable. It’s located about 10-15 min from downtown which is great. Frank was great at getting back really quick, which I appreciated.
