Rockin' home near Hard Rock, Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Amphitheater.

We hope our newly renovated home will be the perfect place to stay while on your trip. The hand-painted boarder exterior, full kitchen, covered carport, in unit washer/dryer, Karaoke, and themed music interior are all part of our goal of creating a space to prime your trip to be the best it can be. We sometimes call it the "Tampa Tour House" because it's the perfect place to stay if you're catching a show or event; The Hard Rock Casino, Florida Expo + Fairgrounds, and MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheater are all within a 5 minute car ride or a short walk. A memorial park with vintage combat helicopters and a canal walkway is also within walking distance. There is a WaWa, Winghouse, and Wendy's within walking distance as well. In the same distance, there's also Eureka Springs State Park! If you don't mind hopping in your car for a little longer, you can reach Downtown Tampa in 15 minutes. Saint Petersburg Beaches are just over the bridge and can usually be reached in a little over an hour. Dog friendly with a fee but service animals are always welcome! Florida Aquarium and Hard Rock
We were very pleased with our stay and it was extremely clean and we loved seeing the ducks in the neighborhood and also found it was close enough to all the things we were going to do. The Host (Maria) very kind and helpful and stayed in contact with us through out our stay. I would definitely stay again for sure!

Easy port access
We stayed the night before our cruise! The location provided easy access to our reserved parking. There were 6 adults and plenty of comfy space to sleep. Due to the rainy gloomy weather we were stuck inside. Would rather have been able to sit outside under the carport or backyard. Maybe next time!

The house is extremely well kept and clean. The little amenities like shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower and coffee creamers, etc. add an extra welcoming touch. The neighbors were friendly as we walked our dog.

The House was really nice I really enjoyed my stay there at the house. It was just the location of where the house was at was kind of sketchy and the animals the roaming cats and the ducks kept my dog barking, making us think someone was in the carport, I think if the house was in a better location, it would be great, but overall I enjoyed my stay and if people can get over the neighborhood they would enjoy their stay too. PS it could be just me, but I’m not used to seeing no grass all wheat and no sidewalks.

Love it!
Looking forward to many more stays! Loved the kid utensils. Our son LOVED the microphone so much Santa bought him one for Christmas. Awesome guitar too. May God bless the wonderful hosts. You can tell they really care. We left a property that was three times the cost and we were so disappointed in the stay at the expensive property. Save your money and stay here!

Clean, Comfortable, Reasonable and roomy home
The location is ideally suited for close proximity to the Hard Rock Fair Grounds. There were 3 good size bedrooms with two of the bedrooms spacious enough for an additional cot The house was comfortably decorated in a music theme with vinyl record decor prevalent in the decor and a comfortable kitchen/eating area. The neighborhood was set back with what appeared to be a redneck flair and the homes were somewhat dated but seemed to be a rather quiet neighborhood. We were there to visit family in the Tampa area and wouldn’t hesitate to go back again
