Very rude front desk staff, had to change room twice as first room had smell of smoking and second room had dirty bedding ( full of hair , maybe pet hair). After giving me room third time on request as it was late in night, staff mentioned that they will give Marriott rewards credit because of in convenience I faced, but I never got it, later in midnight they gave same room to someone else.( imagine you are in deep sleep and some trying to open your room) They did not even apologize for it. Later in the day when I was looking for refill of hot water in tea coffee stand, they kept me waiting, without even bothering to even try to refill, after 10 mins I went back to my room and used microwave instead. Breakfast staff was good though.
