“This is a quiet little space in a quiet little town. Its a very "vintage" home, but dont let that discourage you from renting this lovely home. Beds are super comfortable, immaculately clean & comfortable. I had to contact owners directly as the Evolve team was lousy at communication. Owner was lovely and accomodating!! “House was nice. Large family room area for adults and children. The only issue we had was with the two toilets. The chain that lifts the toilet stopper/plunger kept coming loose so unable to flush. We called Angelina and she sent someone over right away to fix. Be careful with the master bath shower. The shower head is pointed directly at the shower door. Turn the shower head away from door so you don't get everything wet”

“Property was very nice home with plenty of space and beautiful view of Skiatook Lake from the deck. Check in was a little late because of a “technical difficulty”. That’s okay, things happen. ”

“The house was just right for my husband and me. It had what we needed for a weekend family wedding stay and was close to the venue, so really convenient too. Much nicer than the block of rooms in downtown Tulsa would have been. The extra touch of a few holiday decorations made it feel more like home too. Julia was very prompt in replying to us as well. Overall, a vey nice stay!”

“We loved the location and view. A little maintenance needs to be done on exterior doors and some Sweeping of the entry and back patio. Overall we would stay again. Any issues were minor and did not take away from our enjoyment!”

“This is the prefect place to have a business retreat. We had our 2 day off site strategic planning retreat. House has plenty of room, and really lets you get out of the city and relax. Kitchen facilities are great. Close enough to Bartlesville to run into town to get what you forgot to bring along.”

“Overall it was a great stay! Nice, updated, clean house! We had 2 dogs with us, and the property accommodates them very well. If i had to say one thing negative, it would be that We are very sensitive to cigarette smoke, and the house had a slight cigarette smoke odor. But again, great property!”

“This three bedroom home was perfect for our needs while in Bartlesville for a funeral. There were nine of us, and even though there’s only one bathroom, that was not an issue at all. The kitchen was adequate, with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary pods, and my grandson was excited about the snacks on the tray in the dining room.
