The funny thing is I received email telling me how to check out prior to my arrival. Don't you think telling me how to enter the entrance and how to check in before my arrival might be equally important?
Bad experience for check-in process, we were locked out for 10 minutes and thank god we met someone staying there and she told us the password of the main entrance.
Otherwise you got to call local number for getting password to enter, but how on earth would foreign travellers want to make overseas phone call for this kind of thing? Why couldn't you simply send password in advance by either message or email or whatever??
Other than the weird check-in proces, everything in the hotel is pretty good.
