Purepure Tairua - Friends and Family

Had a perfect stay at this beautiful location. Spectacular weather with spectacular views. Comfortable accommodation with well equipped amenities, We'll be back!

Stunning Views from every room .

Stunning house perched above the sea and bush. Amazing views from the deck and living areas. We absolutely loved our stay. A short walk down the hill through the bush track to beautiful Tairua beach. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Would love to stay again.

The views are great but...

We stayed for a long but rainy and coldish weekend and tried to get the only possible heat source in the house going (a wood burner in the living room)... For that, we had to buy matches and fire starters because none of that was in the house. But even after that, we didn't succeed (likely because of a blocked chimney). We called bachcare who promised to inform the property manager but neither of them ever called back. There were was also no shower gel or shampoo and the bathroom door malfunctioned. The laundry was littered with empty beer and wine bottles. Not a great experience
