"English speaking travelers will feel very comfortable and cared for in this hotel. The staff is genuinely hospitable and accommodating. A special thank you to Sing, the lifeguard on duty at the rooftop pool, (a hidden gem of a view of the city) who not only gave us a great recommendation for dinner at Chez Yeh, on our last night in Taipei but personally made a call to make a reservation for us. I highly recommend this beautiful, clean and relaxing hotel."
