"Great Stay, Exceptional Service The hotel itself was great – a clean environment, quiet atmosphere, and convenient location. However, what really stood out was the exceptional service from the housekeeping staff. I accidentally left behind a necklace that was very dear to me and didn't realize it until a couple of days after checking out, as I had gotten sick. I reached out to Marriott via Instagram, hoping they could assist me. To my relief, the housekeeping team had found the necklace and kindly sent it back to me. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and thoughtful care in handling my request. This experience really made my stay even more memorable. Thank you!"

"整體感覺不錯，地理環境很方便，過一個小馬路就有電車，行10分鐘左右就到地鐵站，服務和設施提供的剛剛好，不會過多亦不會缺少，價性比很高。唯一問題是浴室抽氣扇的聲音非常大，即使關上浴室門仍非常騷擾，睡覺時要直接把抽氣扇關掉"

"The location of the Hotel is in Tsim Sha Tsui, which is the shopping hub of Hong Kong, and the transportation is very convenient. The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious food, and the staff are very helpful. Since I am a VIP member, they kindly upgraded me to a suite, which was a nice touch. The only downside is that the room has wooden flooring instead of carpet, making it feel a bit dated."

"住宿是三人房, 房間大, 床褥舒適, 但冷氣雖有調較掣但調較後温度無咩變化, 睡到半夜有點熱。 酒店位置方便進出機場及有專車去東涌outlet。"

"已是第二次入住，員工友善親切，有帶寶寶的可以提出加裝床邊圍欄及寶寶浴盆的需求，有需要消毒鍋的也與櫃檯說。 入住時房內會有折扣優惠券，可在飯店內的商店使用，有接駁車很方便。 床邊圍欄比較容易被忘記，約好的時間還沒來安裝就要打電話到櫃檯詢問。"
