This stay was terribly disappointing and the hotel is sorely understaffed. The TV did not work; when I picked up the phone to call the front desk there was no connection there, either. When I went downstairs to speak with the front desk person they were the one who came up to try to fix the technical issue with the TV. He crawled around our whole room with a flashlight following the cable but ultimately could not fix the problem. I asked for a credit - which they could not do because we booked through a third party site. I asked for comped breakfast, which at least we did get. Then overnight we tried to turn on the AC unit fan for white noise (as is recommended on written instructions in the room to drown out the car and foot traffic right outside the room) and it didn't work. I'm pretty flexible and understand that things go sideways sometimes, but this was a comedy of errors in that the TV, phone, and AC all were not functioning. Would not stay here again, and seriously second-guessing using third-party sites for future bookings as it severely limits staff ability to make things right if things go wrong. The bed was comfy and the staff was kind - but this hotel needs some serious attention.
