“We had a great time during our Christmas stay at this cabin. It’s in a great quiet community as well as a great quiet small town. The views from the cabin were amazing, everything was fully stocked, central heat worked good for the cold winter has a wood burning fireplace although we did not use it. Stocked with an abundance of board games, snow shovel for the drive way, pots pans gas grill outside etc. me and my family really enjoyed our stay and would return again. The owners were totally……

“A cozy getaway from our busy lives! We were able to play with our dogs in the fenced yard, make dinner, cozy up and all watch movies together. Exactly what we were looking for. So comfortable and sweet!”

“This is the first time in many years that we were not close to our children during Christmas. This made the perfect getaway for the two of us. Even though winter is not the main season for Grand Lake, there was still enough open to occupy our time.”

“Rented this cabin for a girls snow trip; this was our first time in Colorado (from the South). It’s about an 1.15 hrs away from Denver and 20 minutes from Black Hawk which had many restaurants and casinos. The roads driving to the house wear clear of snow and fairly easy to navigate. You will need a AWD car to navigate these areas during the winter. The cabin has spacious rooms and is very clean. I appreciated the two full bathrooms. Clara the host was responsive and attentive to our inquiries. ”

“We had a wonderful time! The spot was easily accessible and there was everything you could think to need for a vacation (especially those little things you forgot at home) the whole process was amazing and we can’t wait to get back and stay in the same place ! ”

“Had a great stay over new years. Well stocked and very comfortable house - just needs some throw blankets for the main floor family room and bedroom. Views of shadow mountain lake were fabulous. The road up to the house is very steep and narrow, so make sure you have AWD to help you. Would definitely recommend if you are visiting Grand Lake. ”
