“Had another wonderful stay at the farmhouse. You can't beat the scenery, sunsets over the Shenandoah River with the mountains in the backdrop. You can canoe, fish, swim, hike right on the property. Lots beautiful trees and wildlife. Thank you Nina for being a great host and sharing this with our family!”

“Love the property for everything it was so quiet and relaxing. The house had everything you needed. We did bonfires in the back. The resort itself has so much stuff to do. It was overall a very happy vacation definitely will come back.”

“The house was perfect for our extended family. The host provided plenty of kitchen items as well as extra toilet paper, bathroom and kitchen soaps, soap for the dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the linens. We have rented many houses in the past and never had a sharp knife in the kitchen but this one did. The free passes for activities at the resort was an added bonus. Very clean as well as stocked. The only suggestion is for the host to update the binder with current information.”

“It was good over all but the under the pull out bed and the bed was drity and trash underneath. The deck railing need to be fixed very lose and screws are coming out .we had to go out and buy hornet's spray they were every where outside and two got in the house. ”

“The property is located at a quite place surrounded by trees. The house is clean and has all basic stockings. We even found a high chair. Lots of TV programs to choose. Overall it's a good place to relax at the end of the day but the house itself doesn't have much things to do. ”
