First of all, Expedia gave us a false expectation of being a gold member , probably will be upgrade the room type, very disappointing that it just gave us free parking instead of upgrading the room, unfortunately, we didn’t drive in Sydney, so we paid A$90/per night for 3 nights, the other thing were the services that they provided, there were two lamps not working, the range hook in kitchen not functioning, there are only two small pot with only one with cover, no pan or wok at all and the consumable not refilled everyday, the second day we asked for shampoo, body wash and facial tissue, the third day we asked for teabag and fresh milk for breakfast, all these make us think we won’t book Adina again.
