“The staff are friendly and helpful. however, there was a really big cockroach in my room and i killed it myself, wait quite a time for the staff from hotel to pick up the body. i paid expensive price and just stay for few hours, and still i experience this, i sent messgage to them to tell my disappointment but they never reply, which was really upset.. i do have a photo of the big cockroach but i do not want to show it here to scare people.”

“I had an incredible stay at Nivas. The staff was so friendly and kind. I stayed to take the early morning bus ride to Pokhara and it was well worth it! “It was a really nice place with a lovely and helpful crew right in the center of Kathmandu. For elderly and disabled persons, perhaps not perfect as there weren't any elevator and it was a 3 storey building, not a problem for me though. The restaurant was open from 8 am to 10 pm, with tasty food. The only cons for me was the bed as it was quite firm. Right now there were major repairs of the building so daytime it was quite noisy.”
