「Mbazo lodge is truly a special place. You are looked after like a king. True six star service. The food and drink was incredible. The chef so talented. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The drives were amazing and the guides so knowledgeable. Thirty elephants came and drank from the pool while I was eating lunch my first day. A wonderful place. 」

「Arrival at the property was disappointing. It took a while to get hold of the lodge manager , as no one was at the gate to open. Dispute notices about dangerous animals, I was still expected to get out of the car and open the gate, same at check out too. This was is irresponsible as if puts guests in danger!
Property requires updating, no phone in the lodge, so guests have no way of contacting reception/ manager.
Staff were accommodating, attentive and helpful. Had fish and chips for dinner,...
