“Dean and Cherrie we're great hosts! They took time to welcome us when we arrived and gave us a brief tour. Breakfast was delicious. The location is great as it is only a half mile to downtown, making it easy to go out to dinner or drinks.”

“There were several things that just felt "off" to us. 1. The bathroom was so tiny and shower needed a good scrubbing. Built for tiny adults, so thankfully we aren’t very big. Would have been less of a surprise if they had shown bathroom picture with room pictures. Front desk gal Friday and Sunday was robotic and not friendly. We almost saw her smile as we left on Sunday. Saturday gal was very friendly. When hotels don't do room care during a 2-night stay, ALWAYS give each person 2 washcloths.……

“The room was exceptionally clean -- no dust even in high places. Comfortable lodging. The closet was ridiculously small however. Breakfasts were very good. And every member of the staff we interacted with was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the afternoon wine and cheese. Located very close to shops and restaurants downtown.”

“This was a beautiful property! There were gorgeous views of the mountains and there were Highland cattle! The cows were a great surprise! We enjoyed the comfort and spaciousness of the room, and the staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. We truly enjoyed our stay ”

“This was a hidden gem. Beautiful property out of downtown but still close. Right across from tubing on the French Broad river and next door to the arboretum. Most of the guests were regular repeat visitors and I can see why. ”

“the drive was beautiful and intimidating! we loved every second of it. the house was cozy and perfect for early morning coffee or late night wine on the balcony. the hot tub was so lovely. while the weather was wasn’t great, the house provided us so much relaxation but also fun games and a huge kitchen to cook. thank you!”

“Needed a place to stay for Parents' Weekend at Warren Wilson. Local hotels were charging an exorbitant price. Luckily found this property as close to WWC as any of the hotels and much nicer — beautiful surroundings, hot tub, and a fire pit. Perfect. Would stay again.”

“This house was perfect for our 20-year friend reunion! As the reviews say, the path up to the house is up a windy, one lane road, but we knew ahead of time and rented cars. But, the path up to the house makes the views worth it! Some of our crew even saw a bear on the way up. And, the house had many amenities to keep our crew of 11 entertained for hours. I had lots of questions leading up to our trip about the house and Julia was super gracious and responded very quickly. 100% would rebook here……
