“The room was very large. Lots of space and the bed was comfortable. Needed some extra pillows. Quiet. Good price and well placed for accessing Southend shopping and theatres. The carpets in the room could do with being replaced as many stains.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. ”

“George the Owner was forthcoming, along with his staff made my stay comfortable and happy throughout so I like to congratulate this establishment and would recommend further to all that reads my review to stay there and what a beautiful building too looks over the Thames estuary beautiful to wake up to with the panoramic views from my room amazing. ”

"Room very clean, but the parking for customers has little bit confused. No sign on floor which parking lots is for customers, so I drove in front of Hotel, The parking in front of hotel is free of charge between 6:00pm to 8:00am, but we need drive away at next day morning to Hotel parking lots if you are not go out early, but the hotel parking was full on my day. Just little inconvenience for me about this."
