“The condo is very clean and comfortable. The beds are especially comfy. The property manager was quick to respond to my messages. Take note that there are stairs to navigate to access the condo. We are in our 60’s and had no problem. ”

“My husband and I were attending the Halloween event and rented this property. It was very clean and cozy. I highly recommend. My only issue was that you have to check out by 11 am. I personally feel it was too early. I requested if I can check out at 12pm but, it was a no. Not a big deal but after going to a party we could’ve used an extra 2 hour sleep. All in all I would rent again. ”

The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the TV in both the living room and bedroom was the perfect size for unwinding in the evenings. I loved the fireplace and the decor was modern and beautiful. “The 2 floor unit was conveniently located on the property of crystal springs resort. 2 minute drive up/down the hill to the elements spa. House was clean, updated and accurately portrayed in the pictures posted, except for the bunk beds which are now 2 trundle beds located in basement. 6 adults were comfortable. 3 steps up to front door of unit. “I had a terrible time opening the door with the code that was provided. And the the home is not as clean as it looks online it is filthy and very unkept. The bathroom is filthy, entrance way looks terrible, sheets was dirty and soiled all over. The staircase carpet is moldy and very dirty. Just absolutely terrible. and then there was no pool. They advertise it as if there's a pool. But you have to make a reservation online to gain access pool and that is a 170 per person per day. At carbon……
