“The carpet was filthy! The floors were so crooked and uneven I nearly fell upon entering the house. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out. The recessed lights and old AC units were falling out of the ceiling and the electrical outlets looked as if they had been on fire. The washer and dryer did not work and there was no outside trash can although we were instructed to put our trash in the outside……

“Truly amazing stay! The house is terrific and a great place to be out of the way of the bustle, while still remaining close enough to nearby activities. Like i said, we were blown away by how much better the property is than the listing gives it justice! It was a bit confusing to find the first time, as the number isnt displayed on the road. But if you have sharp eyes, you'll find it. If you want to swim, pay attention to what the tides are doing. But the water was amazing. Only true complaint:……

There’s a fire pit in the back yard, a deck with a charcoal grill, hot tub was amazing, and we didn’t see any bugs or roaches or creepy crawlers during our entire stay. Hot water and good water pressure!”

“We loved this pet friendly 1910 historic home. Coming on to the property dogs enjoyed the freedom of a fenced in back yard, screened in porch to a spacious dining room and fully equipment kitchen, 2nd bathroom/laundry room, to a cozy living room and a nice socializing space on the front porch. Upstairs comfy beds, huge bathroom. 1 queen, 1 full, 2 twin. Hose outside to rinse off the sand or wash dogs. Located 2 Blocks from Park/band stand. Golf cart rental a must easier to get to beach or drive,……

“Had a great stay at Lenore's place. Wonderful location that was convenient to the beach and the shops/dining in town. It was helpful to rent the golf cart to get ourselves and our one year old to the beach. If we didn't have a little one it would have been an easy walk. Lenore was very responsive and answered quickly when we struggled with the lock box. The house is historic and the upstairs is more rustic than downstairs, but suited our needs well.
