“Awesome location just minutes of walk away from downtown Banff. The room was spacious and very modern and comfortable. Parking was easy with an underground garage, although we had to pay extra for it. We stayed for 3 nights and it was pretty quiet at night. The staff was super friendly. Overall a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend for its convenient location and comfortable rooms. ”

“The property and staff are fantastic. Our one BIG issue was the strong rose-scented fragrance that is piped into the hallways and possibly our room too. The fragrance is very strong and overwhelming. My wife had a headache after about an hour in the room. We had to ask for an air filter unit and to keep the room window open soe several hours to make it tollerable. Bathroom products have the same scent. ”

“This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. “The hotel is located in the town of Banff, which is very convenient. The rooms are very cozy and the scenery is very beautiful. There is a hot spring opposite the hotel, and there is a heated swimming pool that children like. The children are reluctant to leave and will come back for vacation in the summer vacation.”

“Stayed here for 7 nights while in Banff for Spring Break ski trip. The indoor parking garage assured we had a warm car every morning. The hot tub and happy hour smore's were something the kiddos (and us) looked forward to every late afternoon after a long day of skiing. Would definitely recommend. The breakfast has a variety of options, but it is the same breakfast buffet every day. Overall, it did the job. Very friendly staff as well. ”
