Positive-great location, lovely inground pool and beach within a couple of minutes’ walking distance from the hotel.
Room from improvements-the hotel should consider room service at least every alternate day. As a minimum they can have their cleaning team replace the towels and empty the garbage bins.
They should also consider proper maintenance and cleaning of rooms on a regular basis. Bathroom certainly needs maintenance to ensure there is no mould on tiles and especially toilets. There was certainly a thick build-up of mould indicating the toilet was not cleaned properly for a while resulting in us having to clean it when transferred from a separate room in the evening due to some issue with the air conditioning. The previous room was really outdated, very small and smelly.
I booked the Queen Bed Hotel Room. Based on the photo on the website, amongst other things, it had full ocean view, The one that was initially assigned to us by the Hotel had partial water view. Also, there was no chair in the room as opposed to the photo on the website.
