“The property was clean and very convenient to our needs. However, when we arrived we found that one of the 2 beds did not have sheets. It seemed that someone was aware of this because the bedspread was pulled back on the bed with no sheets. We contacted Vacasa three times and NEVER received the sheets. This type customer service seems unacceptable to me. The property was very nice but vacasa not so much. ”

“Beds were not as listed,they were not all queens,only two were queens”

“The property was a cute studio cottage located on 2 acres of land. Parking was available for one vehicle. The surrounding area was being developed with new homes so during the course of the day, you would hear construction equipment and homes being built, but that didn’t start until 8 AM and it ended by 5 PM. Suited our needs we were close to everything, the beach restaurants, parks and shopping. even though we are near wooded areas and water, the only wildlife we saw from the woods was a……

“We were unfortunately there during the tropical storm Debbi. However, this condo proved to be the perfect answer to our overpacked house on the island. My husband and I were looking for a quiet place to stay at night when the family day time was over. It was clean, described accurately and easy drive for the island. Thank you!”
