“I stayed at this apartment with a co-worker while attending a convention at the convention center. The location was walking distance. In the morning and daylight you felt safe. At night walking back it became a little iffy with unfortunate homelessness and some questionable characters. The apartment itself was perfect when sharing with a co-worker. “The house and neighborhood were great. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The only negatives were a missing remote for the master bedroom TV, the screen door needs to be put back on the eating area patio door and the hot tub cover needs to be replaced. None of those things negatively impacted of enjoyment of our stay. We would definitely stay at this house for our next visit to Scottsdale.”

“Our family couldn’t get together for Christmas so it was decided to take a late Christmas and head to Phoenix from Canada and escape the cold. This property was just what we needed! Plenty of room, plenty of activities and the kids never left the pool. The area was great, just a quick drive in any direction and there was plenty to do! Martha was amazing to deal with, she always replied immediately to anything we needed! Thanks again!”

“The property was as advertised. Very nice with great amenities. Close to shopping, places to eat, and sporting events. We could not get the app to download when we got there, so we called the property manager and had to leave a message.
