Everything worked (wifi, air cond.) and instructions were readily available with passwords, directions. Great communication... Agnes was super responsive throughout the process. “Great stay.. I had booked a king room, but received 2 queen instead... Which was ok considering they allowed us to check in around 1pm rather than the required 3pm. The room was nice and cool when we entered. Lobby offered fresh popped popcorn in the evening which my 10 yr old enjoyed. Location was good near several places to eat and shop. I felt safe in the area this hotel is located. The only negative I have for this hotel is housekeeping started knocking on doors around 930 am, yet check out……
