The property is hosted by Rob & Suzie (us) and our professional management team at DoCo Vacations. Your rental will always be prepared for your stay by one of our cleaning specialists. The home is prepared with professionally laundered bed linens and towels, and stocked basic supplies such as toiletries, coffee, TP, and kitchen essentials.
We've been hosting guests on Airbnb since 2014. We started off hosting a small condo next to our own, and since then we have grown to build and manage a variety of unique rental properties in Door County. You'll check in to the home using a keypad deadbolt. We're always available via phone call or text to assist with things during your stay.
We also have a small team that works with us so that we can give our guests the attention they deserve. When calling or texting, you may hear back from others on our small team, but they will always identify themselves. Our team is 100% local and based in Door County!

Please note - to comply with local STR regulations require us to keep a guest log of all guests that stay on the property. A link to fill out this log will be sent after booking, and will be required to be completed prior to receiving check-in instructions.

Pet control policy - pet's must be kept on a leash. Owner must minimize pet noise.
Garbage - please place garbage and recycling in the receptacles outside.
Fireworks - Fireworks are strictly prohibited
Outdoor Burn Regulations - State regulations allow fires used for cooking, ceremonies or recreation, except when Emergency Burning Restrictions are in effect. A DNR wildfire prevention burning permit is not needed for these types of fires. No matter what type of outdoor fire you have, check the daily fire danger before ignition and never leave a fire unattended. Remember, you may be held responsible for all suppression costs and potentially any damages associated. Check with local municipalities for any additional restrictions which may be more restrictive than state requirements. All allowed open burning must be conducted in a safe, pollution-free manner, and under wind and weather conditions that will minimize adverse effects. The use of lighter fluid, oily substances and other accelerants to start or maintain fires is prohibited.
