“The apartment was gorgeous and spacious. Fairly new. Location was awesome with the perfect view (and sunsets). Large patio. Beautiful pool. But needing a few very minor repairs (tighten the fridge door panel, ensure the curtains are hanging properly - hooks undone) ... small and minor stuff to keep it in perfect order.
